I wasn't able to get many photos of my geological feature since I saw it during my train ride back to San Luis Obispo from my hometown. I took pictures of some of the areas around the train tracks. There are clear signs of erosion in the rock. This area is near the coast line so most of the erosion is most likely from water.

It is a dark grey-ish black color with white streaks throughout it. Since I live on campus, I decided to find my rock here. I found this rock in a flower bed area outside Philips Hall. There was a wide variety of other rocks around where I found this one, most likely because it is a mix of rocks meant for landscaping.
