 Blog Post #7: Heat Transfer

The heat transfer I chose to illustrate was the radiation from the stovetop.

In this situation, the energy giver would be the stove, and the energy receivers would be both me and the surroundings. I could tell there was a transfer occurring because the stove changed to a red color, and I could feel the heat emanating from the burner. 

This is an electric stove, so I know the energy is coming from electricity, but I do not know the exact process going on there.

I tried to include a video of water hitting the hot stove because I thought it was interesting, and makes a cool noise.
